Great news ... professional support from SW rep in examining the problems/issues; conclusions drawn based on the inspection, that remove the onus from you in relation to your prep, application process, and workmanship. Of course, this problem property owner must sit up and take notice as well that the manner in which they treated the surface (scraping) placed part of the blame on them (vandalized their own surface than attempted to blame you, shame on them As for your reputation; it is as valuable as giving you word with a handshake ... create can be repairs, revitalized, and refinished, but a damaged reputation can follow you though life. As to clear coats; the third time could be the charm and/or the saving grace. By the way, did I ever give you a coy of my 2 page (printed front/back on 1 page) "Proper Care & Maintenance of Decorative Concrete Surfaces" literature (that both you and the customer sign and retain a copy of; providing evidence if the case ever arises that they were given care/maintenance guidelines, which it they fail to follow they will be found guilty of self-vandalization of their interior or exterior surfaces. If not, I will email attach one to you for use as you see fit. Lindy
