Thanks for sharing all of that Lindy! That's definately a better use for old toilets than our favorite redneck one around here which is placing candles in it and leaving it on your neighbor's lawn for them to pass along to someone else. A la traveling redneck candle holder - too bad it's so darn heavy! LOL Using old toilets as a planter comes in at a close second.
Wow! Lucky brother in law! I loved Belize the one time I was there. Beautiful place and great people-- they speak English there!!!
Awesome garage floor too - that's sharp! Thanks for sharing.

I haven't see the flaming toilets (candles in them); but, have seen those that think toilets make great planters to be displayed in all their flowery glory in peoples front yards here in Waco/TX. There is one house that I frequently pass in travels about the area that has 6 of them lined up down their sidewalk (3 on each side) ...flowers are planted in the commode part (at the moment mums), with a broad leafed ivy planted in the tanks. We have our share of rednecks as well.
Our primary residence is in the city; however, we have our country place as well (acres of woods, pond, creek, no noises but those of nature, a cabin with all the comforts of home, stables, etc ... this is our weekend, get away retreat. The rural road that we travel to get out there has a toilet on both sides of their gate with dummy's sitting on the thrones (well that is until the mailbox vandals decided to pulverize the toilets one night as well as decapitate the dummy's and remove their limbs ... sick puppy's that attacked the rednecks yard/gate art).

Trevor ... you're AWOL again. It's been a couple of weeks since you have appeared. Hope that you're up and about to some degree; even if it is limited, stressful, and painful.
I know that winter is just around the corner but you are a man, not a bear, so don't crawl into a cave and go into hibernation mode until spring.
When we don't hear from you for an extended period of time, we your friends, tend to worry about you because we truly care.

If Trevor doesn't come up for air (surface soon), I'm going to pick up the phone and call him; I think he is sinking deeper into a state of depression, which is understandable under the circumstances that he must face daily; but, think he needs a life raft tossed out to him to hang onto. Trever... if you are reading this "that's great" speak up we need to know that you are not adrift in the sea.

Trevor ...
I'm getting more worried about you? It has been about 5 weeks since you appeared! You are not a bear, so you can't be hibernating: nor are you a duck, so I know that you didn't fly south for the winter ...so, where are you? I'm sure that you are finding it hard to "keep truck'n" along, sort of like trying drive in a "snowy white out" when visibility is practically zero or a thick/dense fog ... but, just like these weather conditions, there must be times when the skies clear (even if briefly), so "go to the light, find you're keyboard and write, we want to know that you didn't fall out of sight or loose your way on a pitch dark night!"
I know you don't like to talk on the telephone, but if it takes a land line call to stir you, so be it. Expect a call!
Got to go, finish up some things before Thanksgiving ... I do 90% of the cooking for our family gathering. Hope you find some peace and joy through the upcoming holiday season. Take care and God bless.
