What are some of the methods and products one might use to fill in control and expansion joints before staining or does anyone do anything with them?

Sometimes I leave 'em if, it works with the pattern. When I do anything I use a product called SikaFlex made by Sika. It comes in about 30 standard colors so matching isn't an issue. As the name suggests, it's flexible so it allows the control joint to do its thing. It keeps dirt and crap from filling the joint too. They make about a thousand products...just "Google" Sika and you'll find a distributor.

They asked to fill them, I looked Siki up no one close to me any other options, I prefer something that the H&C will cover and have no problem with. Has anyone heard from Joe at CI lately? That way I don't have to match color if its under, don't know if that is an option.
