Is anyone scoring any lines wider than 3/8"? Like a double 3/8" side by side? I often wish that a wider blade were available. Today, I thought of doing a double wide border and I'm gonna try it.

I've done "a score - a skip - a score" that worked well and I think that a solid "double wide" would work also. My only negative thought would be that a ridge appear...but that wouldn't necessarily happen. The surface would have to be bang-on (obviously) for it to work too. If you run a sample post a pic. I think the look will work well...and I'd post a pic of my endeavor but that was one of the many lost in the fire. (Or did my dog eat it? )

I think it would work. If a ridge did appear you can just run the saw again straight down the middle.
