A guy I used to hang out with back in my early teen years has purchased a large parcel of land adjacent to a park. He plans to develop it into a residential enviro kinda place. Houses and green spaces and lots of detail designed into the entire project with enviromental impact being paramount. A design firm specializing in that sort of thing has been retained and drawings have begun. The first home is slated for construction in August ... I just heard about this and yes...it's this August! We are really tied up with work right now but I have to speak with this guy. We do ICF which is the most efficient way to build not to mention the advantages to the environment that decorative concrete offers. I'm also really interested in pervious concrete...anybody have experience with that stuff? This isn't a project that we have any part of yet...but doesn't it seem interesting?
