7300sqft old concrete inside. 4000sqft of removed carpet(glue still there) and 3300 of concrete paint. proposal was to shot blast the carpet areas then overlay stain and pap. the paint would of been a slight grind then stain and pap. i bid the total job at $62,000. i havent heard back from the customer yet....but was wondering if that was too high. i think im low to right on. tell me what you think.

I don't know your labour costs, or any other for that matter, but that comes out to just under $8.50/sqft doesn't it? Seems like what I would call extensive prep and a high end sealer, so I'm sayin' your price is good. Would you want it for any less? Could you profit at any less? I wouldn't want it for less. What are your competitors offering and for how much? It must be a commercial job, yes? They tend to take longer with their responses in my experience. I wouldn't sweat it just yet. Good luck.

yeah its commercial...im specing colormaker for micro topping 2 coats and pap for a sealer2 coats with kemiko stain in the middle. labor will be 4-5 guys 1-1 1/2 weeks. im low when we stain..but this is labor intensive with the skim and stain and pap. my mataerial cost will be close to 3.50sqft plus the shot blast rental 1000 per day and labor for 4-5 guys. maybe im high...time will tell. this is the first labor intensive (so large with so many different products) commercial job estimate ive written. they need it comlpeted by the 1st of september so they are under the gun and so will we be.

Well, to me, your price is bang on. Have you had any feedback from them yet?
